I am currently a member of the Army Ranger Challenge team with Ohio University ROTC. As part of the team, I have worked with university nutritionists and physical trainers so that I could perform at my best during our competitions. From this, I have learned many different workouts and a lot about nutrition that can help anyone of any skill level get in shape. I was also formerly overweight when I was younger so I know what it is like to not be at the level that you want to. But after changing a couple small things in my life, I was able to turn my life around and become a healthier individual.
